Comprehensive Curriculum
Our Plumbing Apprenticeship Program offers a robust curriculum with 592 hours of classroom-accredited training, complemented by hands-on skills development. In the first year, apprentices receive 160 hours of foundational training, including OSHA 10, safety protocols, plumbing tools, and basic plumbing math and drawings. The curriculum also covers various pipe and fittings types, fixtures, and DWV systems, providing a strong start to their careers.

Hands on Experience
In the second and third years, apprentices engage in 144 hours each year of advanced training, focusing on more complex systems like commercial drawings, DWV piping, and water supply systems. Apprentices gain practical, on-the-job learning experiences, installing and testing piping and fixtures This hands-on approach ensures they are well-prepared for real-world plumbing challenges.

Tools for Success
To support our apprentices' journey, we provide a free toolkit valued at up to $400, equipping them with essential tools to start their careers. In the fourth year, the curriculum shifts towards business principles, leadership, and specialized systems, including medical gas and vacuum systems, hydronic heating, and private water and waste systems. This comprehensive program not only builds technical skills but also prepares apprentices for leadership roles and business success in the plumbing industry.
